Submission Process

The submission process for the International Research Journal of Parroha Multiple Campus (IRJPMC) through email is as follows:

Step 1: Prepare Your Manuscript: Before submitting your manuscript, ensure that it adheres to the journal’s submission guidelines and follows the specific formatting requirements. The manuscript should be in APA format, typically between 5 to 20 pages or approximately 3000 to 8000 words, excluding references.
Step 2: Prepare a Cover Letter: Compose a brief cover letter that includes the following information:
1. Your full name and contact details.
2. The title of your manuscript.
3. A statement confirming that the manuscript is an original work and has not been submitted elsewhere.
4. Any conflicts of interest or disclosures that are relevant to your submission.
5. A brief statement explaining the significance and relevance of your research to the journal’s scope.
Step 3: Prepare a List of Suggested Reviewers (Optional): You may include a list of potential reviewers for your manuscript, including their names and contact details. While the journal will make the final reviewer selections, your suggestions can be considered.
Step 4: Email Submission: Compose an email to submit your manuscript. In the subject line of the email, include “Manuscript Submission: [Your Manuscript Title].” Send the email to:

Step 5: Attach Manuscript and Cover Letter
1. Attach the following documents to your email:

3. Your cover letter.
4. If provided, your list of suggested reviewers.
Step 6: Confirm Receipt: Within a few days of submitting your manuscript, you should receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your submission. This email may also include a unique reference number for your submission.
Step 7: Peer Review Process: Your manuscript will undergo the peer review process, which may take several weeks. Reviewers will evaluate your submission, and you will receive feedback and recommendations for revisions.
Step 8: Revision and Resubmission: If required, revise your manuscript based on the feedback from the peer reviewers and any additional recommendations from the editorial team. Make sure to track the changes you’ve made in your revised manuscript.
Step 9: Final Decision: After addressing the reviewers’ feedback and making necessary revisions, the journal’s editorial team will make a final decision on your manuscript. This decision could be acceptance with minor revisions, acceptance with major revisions, or rejection.
Step 10: Publication: If your manuscript is accepted, it will be scheduled for publication in the journal.
